TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
+ Commissions are for individual clients and personal use.+ While working on the commission and or after the work is finished, I'm allowed to (1)Post WIP and finished pieces on my social media and portfolio website, (2)stream the process, and (3)include the artwork in my future art collective publication/book.+ Commission slots are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve the right to decline a request.+If you are interested in a rush order, please contact me via email, and we can discuss pricing and available time slots.+Subject matters that I will not be able to do: Furries, Real People/Realism. NSFW or Gore isn't a strict no, but are more likely to be declined.PAYMENT
+ Payments are through PayPal (USD). Full Payment must be made upfront. Refunds will not be allowed. I apologize in advance for the strictness of this rule, as my availability is very limited. A full payment ensures you a time slot. I appreciate your understanding.PERMISSION/COPYRIGHT
+ I, the artist, hold every right to any art I have created. The commissioner does not hold any rights over the art that has been commissioned.
+ If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
+ Clients may commission a third party to animate the art as long as credit for the original artwork is given.
+ Clients may not claim, edit, correct, adapt, modify, change and/or redistribute the finished artwork in any way without permission from the artist.

For avoidance of doubt, Artist reserves the rights, and Client/Platform has no rights to, reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work, unless Client/Platform obtains Artist’s specific and express permission to do so. Nor does [Client/Platform] have the right to sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art without Artist’s specific and express permission.COMMERCIAL USE
+ Additional fees will apply if requested for Commercial Use.
+ All profits made from the use of my illustrations will belong to the commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.

1. Please fill out the form and email your request. (Please see the request form/the formatting of the email below. Please make sure to provide all the information that is required.)2. Commission takes 1-2 months to finish from start date. 5. I will send progress to your email throughout the working period. Progress update points are the following: (1) sketch, (2) line art, (3) finished product.5. Done! The final artwork and files will be sent to your email.SKEB PROCESS
For Skeb (surprise me) commissions, there will be no revisions and no contact after your initial proposal and payment. Final quality will be dependent on offer. A higher offer will produce a more polished and refined art.
